Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all ReeloCam orders. There is no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Customs and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply and are calculated at checkout or by the carrier.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will help track it down, then reship it or refund it if needed.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it before your order ships.
