30-day returns

We want you to love your ReeloCam. If you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Free returns

Returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will reply with the label and instructions.

Conditions

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Please include all accessories and the original packaging when possible.
• Items damaged through misuse or accidents are not eligible.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post the refund.

Want a different colour? Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
